Q. Are suction cups used?
A. No.  The process is based on a pushing method from the back side of the car panel.

Q. Are interior panels removed?
A. It depends on the location and accessibility of the dent.  Most repairs are completed using access holes already provided.

Q.  Do I have to leave my car?
A.  Depending on the severity of the dent, most repairs only take a couple of hours to repair.  In the case of a hail damaged vehicle, you may be asked to leave it over night.

Q.  Is PDR cost effective?
A. Yes.  Most repairs fall below an insurance deductible and are typically one third to one half the price of conventional body shop repairs. Major insurance companies recognize the PDR process and will recommend or even require it over conventional body shop methods.

Q.  Will PDR affect my car?
A.  No.  By using PDR you are helping to preserve the factory finish of your car.  By doing so, the value doesn’t depreciate because of a PDR repair.

Q. Do you repair hail damaged vehicles?
A. Yes. We work with any major insurance companies.  Hail damage vehicles may require one to two days for repairs.

Q.  Can PDR be used on crease and body line dents?
A. Yes.  Dent Solutions has the knowledge and tools to fix crease and body line dents.

Q.  What if a dent is behind a brace?
A. Most of the time it can be fixed.  We have a variety of special tools to access dents located behind braces.

Q.  Will a dent reappear?
A. No. Metal has memory and once reshaped back to its original form, it will not reoccur.
